Rules

1. Cheating is not allowed in any shape or form. If you are caught, you will be kicked out, without a warning. I will notify all other owners of the TCGs you are in of this behavior. Put "as the Phantom" after your name for an extra special card.
2. You must have a TCG post. Check out some of the members if you aren't sure what this is. Include an up-to-date and detailed trade log, because I may randomly check this just to see that you aren't cheating.
3. Please use your real name, not o0o_lAuRa87_o0o. I will simply reduce your name to what I think is your real name.
4. A link back to here is required.
5. Signing up with multiple accounts will not be tolerated, and all accounts will be deleted if this is found.
6. Please do not take any cards (even if you know which ones you want) or play any games, until you receive your starter pack.
7. Since you read all of these, please put "Help me make the music of the night..." in the comment box for an extra random card.
